- Shipping Timing and Costs
We endeavor to ship all orders within 24 hours of placement, Monday thru Friday. If your order is placed before 2PM Monday to Friday we will do our best to ship the same day.
We use Royal Mail for all shipments due to their efficiency and personlised service.
Shipping within the UK
Orders placed with a value of £99.99 or less incur a shipping cost of £3.95 and orders of £100 are FREE if you choose 2nd Class Postage otherwise 1st Class Postage will incur a shipping cost of £5.95. The order will be posted using Royal Mail. Typical delivery is 1-2 days for 1st Class and 3-4 days for 2nd. If you choose to send your items Special Delivery costs are £7.95 and £9.95 respectively. This guarantees next day delivery (Monday - Thurs) if the order is placed BEFORE 11am BST. You must be home and able to sign for these packages.
Shipping to the European Union
Orders placed with a value of £99.99 or less incur a shipping cost of £5.95 and orders of £100 or more incur a shipping cost of £8.95. The order will be posted using Royal Mail First Class Postage. Typical delivery is 5-7 days. If you choose to send your items Int'l Signed For costs are £9.95 and £11.95 respectively. This is typically 2-3 day delivery (Monday - Friday) if the order is placed BEFORE 11am BST. You must be home and able to sign for these packages.
Shipping to the rest of the World.
Orders placed with a value of £99.99 or less incur a shipping cost of £9.95 and orders of £100 or more incur a shipping cost of £12.95. The order will be posted using Royal Mail First Class Postage. Typical delivery is 10-14 days. If you choose to send your items Int'l Signed for costs are £15.95 and £18.95 respectively. This is typically 5-7 day delivery (Monday - Friday) if the order is placed BEFORE 11am BST. You must be home and able to sign for these packages.
- If you have any special instructions, such as, 'leave with a neighbour' please include this as well.
REMEMBER, we always offer free 10 day returns (within the UK). Anything you decide you don't like or doesn't fit can be sent back within 10 days of receipt in our prepaid mailers, FOR FREE.
