- We know that sometimes the sizing is just not right, or that skirt you wanted to pair with the shirt you have already might not match... We will include in every shipment a 2nd class FREEPOST label that can be used to return or exchange your items FOR FREE!. Giving you full confidence and satisfaction in your shopping experience.
If you are in any way unhappy with your purchases you may send them back for an exchange or full refund. Please return your purchase to us (unworn and in the original condition you received them from us with all packaging and tags intact. We also reserve the right to refuse any returned items that are not packaged in the same way they were sent, are returned late, or seem to have been worn. We may refuse your return or levy up to a 15% charge if any of these criteria are not met.) within 10 days of PLACING your order using the Returns Form and pre-printed label provided. You have 21 days for all returns but we will not pay for the postage after 10 days. NOTE: (When goods are returned and replacement items ordered this constitutes a new contract and all original offers and discounts no longer apply. Shipping charges will be applied to the new order in accordance with our normal delivery policies.)
- If you require an alternative garment please make sure to specify which colour and size you would like. Refunds can only be credited back to the original card that the goods were bought with. Refunds are then issued only on items purchased, postage and packing is non-refundable. Please remember to ask for a Proof of Posting certificate when returning goods to us as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us. Your statutory rights are not affected by these statements.
** We do not pay for the return postage of overseas or sale items, the cost will be debited from your account for sale purchases and overseas returns must be paid for by the customer.
**We reserve the right to refuse any return that looks like it has been worn for any amount of time or has been washed.
